To have Simona Planner open the same planner each time you start select "Open this planner automatically when Simona Planner starts" in the Open Planner box. To have Simona Planner prompt you for a planner to open each time it starts go to Open Planner under the File menu and uncheck "Open this planner automatically when Simona Planner starts" (even if you Cancel out of the Open Planner window this setting is remembered).
The FINAL grades accepted by Simona Planner by default are A A- B+ B B- C+ C C- D F CR (credit granted-not averaged) NC (no credit granted-not averaged). You can customize or add accepted final grades and their values in the Options box in the View menu.
Right clicking on the "Class Name" part of a cell in the GPA Calculator allows you to either exclude that cell from the calculation or stop the calculation at the cell above it.
In almost every window there is a button with a lightning bolt next to a question mark. Pressing this button will display help for that particular window.
The Browse option in the New Planner box allows you to create a planner anywhere on your computer- including a floppy (Note: a planner can only be created in an empty folder).
Right click everywhere! For instance- right clicking on a Test/Papers Reminder in the Calender allows you to delete ALL the reminders on that date without first opening the Reminders and deleting them one by one.
The Credit worth of a class is important because GPA is calculated according to grades and credits. For instance a class worth 5 credits is weighed more heavily than a class worth 2 credits.
When the Calendar is in "Daily" view you can double click on the day number in the top left hand corner to jump to a different day.
